并非所有麝香猫品种都能产出麝香猫咖啡。Pandan Civet（香兰麝香猫），俗称 Luwak，是传统麝香猫咖啡生产中最具代表性的品种。麝香猫拥有独特的气味特征，其香气带有类似香兰叶（Pandan）的独特气息，在天然的咖啡制作过程中扮演着独特而重要的角色。

Our farm operates a dedicated Civet (Luwak) Rehabilitation Program in collaboration with the South Bandung Musang Community, where we care for these remarkable animals and support their return to their natural habitat.
Not all civet species are capable of producing Luwak Coffee. The Pandan Civet, commonly known as Luwak, is traditionally associated with the production of this distinctive coffee. Recognized for its characteristic aroma, reminiscent of pandan leaves, the Luwak plays a unique role in the natural coffee-making process.

野生豆 Wild Civet Coffee Beans
我们的复育中心到2014年10月已经野放51只麝香猫，以及原来在山头也有百来只麝香猫，在夜晚的时候会来挑选最甜美的咖啡樱桃当点心，它们在食用完后，会在园区栖息，消化的排泄物会直接排在园区内。清晨时，农民上工时便会先把野生的麝香猫咖啡豆捡回来精制。
By October 2014, our rehabilitation centre had successfully released 51 civets back into the wild. In addition, more than 100 wild civets naturally inhabit the surrounding mountains.
At night, these wild civets roam through the plantation, naturally selecting and feeding on the ripest and sweetest coffee cherries. After feeding, they remain within the plantation, where their naturally digested coffee cherries are deposited back into the estate.
At dawn, when the farmers begin their work, they carefully collect these naturally processed wild civet coffee beans before cleaning and further processing them.
This natural process creates a truly unique connection between the civets, the coffee, and the ecosystem of Mount Malabar.
豢養 Farm-Raised Civet Coffee Beans
本庄园在印尼有申请专利养殖，麝香猫生活在5乘4的宽广空间，空间内有种植许多的咖啡树，营造出最天然的环境。每当下午五点，每只麝香猫起床后，便蠢蠢欲动来寻找食物，园庄会备有经过食品检验的香蕉、木瓜、苹果等的新鲜水果。麝香猫在食用水果主食后，会再挑选最肥硕鲜美的咖啡樱桃来当它们的点心。
Golden Malabar Indonesia has obtained a patent for civet breeding and cultivation in Indonesia. The civets are housed in spacious 5 × 4 metre enclosures, with coffee trees planted throughout the area to create a more natural living environment.
Around 5 PM each afternoon, the civets become active and begin searching for food. The plantation provides fresh fruits such as bananas, papayas, and apples, all of which undergo food safety inspections. After enjoying the fresh fruits as their main diet, the civets naturally select the ripest and most succulent coffee cherries as a snack.
This carefully managed environment allows the civets to live in natural surroundings while supporting a controlled and responsible approach to the production of civet coffee.
